He has been an independent lawyer since 1999, with accreditation to represent clients in higher courts since January 27, 2012.

After graduating and serving as a Reserve Officer in the Guardia di Finanza under the Chief of Staff, he practiced at prestigious law firms in Rome, gaining specific expertise in public and private procurement, as well as in civil and administrative law in general.

He co-founded the law firm with Lawyer Fidone. Fidone – Linguiti in which he has been practicing since 2003. He provides consultancy and advocacy for leading companies in the field of public procurement and public services.

He is a member of technical advisory boards and has served as president, arbitrator, and defense counsel in arbitration panels, as well as a member of amicable settlement commissions. He assists his clients both in the extrajudicial phase (due diligence, drafting opinions, agreements, and settlements) with the aim of preventing disputes, and in the judicial phase (administrative and civil litigation).

He is particularly attentive to providing timely and accurate responses to the issues presented.

He is the author of publications and conferences in various fields of law and civil and administrative litigation, as well as in the area of public contracts.
