She has acquired specific expertise in administrative law and public contracts, providing consultancy and legal assistance services both in court and out of court on behalf of local authorities and leading private companies. This includes a particular focus on public works and strategic infrastructure of paramount national interest, as well as procurement procedures for public works, services, and supplies. project financing, competitive procedures, arbitral and amicable agreement procedures, wind power generation plants, games and betting.

She has conducted consultancy, collaboration, and research activities for LUISS Guido Carli in the field of public contracting (innovative procurement contracts, support to Ministries, etc.).

She provides support to the RUP (Responsabile Unico del Procedimento) in drafting tender documents and related activities concerning local projects funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
